SMS, Email, Voice, and Premium Features Summary

LawHustle provides voice, text (SMS), email services, premium workflow features, and AI features for Subscriber's use. Subscriber agrees to acceptable use as described by LawHustle Terms and Conditions. LawHustle provides $30 credit monthly for SMS, Voice, Email, and other premium features. Subscriber agrees to be automatically charged for any overages. Rates for these services are subject to change without notice according to market rates and the cost to operate the LawHustle system optimally.

Subscriber acknowledges and agrees to the following overage charges and wallet system for usage beyond the provided monthly credit:

Receiving calls: $0.017/min

A2P Registration Process and Fees

As part of the compliance with A2P (Application-to-Person) messaging regulations, Subscriber is required to register their phone number for A2P messaging. Fees associated with this registration are governed by phone carriers and are not within the control of LawHustle. Any fees that arise from the A2P registration process will be deducted from the Subscriber's wallet system. LawHustle will facilitate the registration process but is not liable for these carrier-imposed fees.

Subscribers will have a wallet system where they can preload funds to cover these overage charges. The system will automatically deduct the applicable charges from the wallet as the services are used. Subscribers can top up their wallet as needed to ensure uninterrupted service. Rates for these services are subject to change without notice according to market rates and the cost to operate the LawHustle system optimally.

Scope of Setup and Implementation Service

Description of Services

LawHustle will make available to Subscriber during the Professional Services Period (as defined below), the following remote services related to Subscriber LawHustle instance (“Services”):

1. Utopia Implementation

(a) Conduct one (1) remote kickoff session with Subscriber which is up to sixty (60) minutes in duration.

(b) Conduct one (1) remote onboarding/training session with Subscriber which is up to sixty (60) minutes in duration.

(c) Conduct up to one (1) hour of remote custom implementation for Subscriber. Additional time will be billed directly to Subscriber at $150 per hour.

(d) System optimization.

2. Subscriber Obligations and Implementation Assumptions

Subscriber acknowledges that timely provision of and access to office accommodations, facilities, equipment, assistance, cooperation, complete and accurate information and data from your staff, officers, agents, and employees (collectively, “cooperation”) are essential to the performance of any Services as set forth above. LawHustle will not be responsible for any deficiency in performing Services if such deficiency results from Your failure to provide full cooperation.

You acknowledge that LawHustle's ability to perform the Services depends upon Subscriber's fulfillment of the following obligations and the following implementation assumptions:

Subscriber Obligations

1) Provide any notices, and obtain any consents, required for LawHustle to perform Services.

2) Provide Subscriber implementation goals and objectives.

3) Participate in onboarding/training session and any follow-up meetings as needed.

4) Ensure Subscriber's tasks are completed in the timeframe as mutually agreed upon.

5) Provide LawHustle a minimum of three (3) days advance notice for the scheduling of any meetings.

6) Subscriber agrees to make reasonable efforts to limit LawHustle's access to personal data to the minimum necessary to accomplish the intended purposes. Subscriber acknowledges that you are solely responsible for providing any required notices and obtaining any required consents for the processing or transfers of personal data. Subscriber acknowledges that LawHustle may provide the Services from LawHustle's remote locations.Provide any notices, and obtain any consents, required for LawHustle to perform Services.

Implementation Assumptions

1) All Services will be performed remotely.

2) LawHustle will use commercially reasonable efforts to staff recurring requests with the same resource, but Subscriber acknowledges that some requests will be staffed by a pool of LawHustle resources with no guarantee that a specific requested resource will be assigned to perform the Services.

Any timelines or expected completion dates discussed with Subscriber are estimated dates and are intended for planning purposes only. As such, LawHustle does not guarantee that any such timelines or expected completion dates will be met and failure to meet such timelines shall not constitute a breach of contract or abrogate Subscriber's obligation to pay for Services performed.

All onboarding/training session(s) will be scheduled in advance. LawHustle may reschedule onboarding/training session(s) up to two (2) attempts within thirty (30) days of the first subscription payment before being forfeited.

3. Unused Services

The Services must be used within thirty (30) days of the first subscription payment, or the contract execution date of the ordering document, whichever is earlier (“Professional Services Period”). Any portion of the Services not used within the Professional Services Period will be automatically forfeited by Subscriber, with no further action required of either party, and Subscriber will not be entitled to a refund or any credit toward additional or other Services for any unused portion of the fees paid for any unused portion of the Services. You may not apply any portion of unused Services or fees paid for any Services other than the Services stated in this order. For LawHustle to provide Services to Subscriber after the Professional Services Period, LawHustle and Subscriber shall mutually agree, in writing, under a separate ordering document to the terms and fees for the performance and delivery of such Services.

4. Primary Point of Contact

Subscriber agrees to designate a primary contact, and LawHustle agrees to designate a project manager who shall work together to coordinate the activities under this document. Subscriber and LawHustle each shall direct all inquiries concerning the Services to the other party’s primary contact or project manager. LawHustle's project manager shall have the sole right to exercise direct control and supervision over the work assignments of LawHustle resources.

5. Expectations and Satisfaction Guarantee

LawHusle strives to obtain success for all Subscribers using LawHustle software and services. Subscriber agrees to allow LawHustle to obtain success for Subscriber and agrees in order to exercise any guaranteed previously presented, the Subscriber is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1) Subscriber must have provided LawHustle with access credentials for Subscriber's website prior to the account set up and onboarding.

2) Subscriber must have provided LawHustle with access credentials for Subscriber's Esignatures account prior to the account set up and onboarding.

3) Subscriber must have provided LawHustle with access credentials for Subscriber's Zapier account prior to the account set up and onboarding.

4) Subscriber must have provided prerecorded voicemails of the attorneys and/or staff.

5) Subscriber must have installed LawHustle's website contact form on Subscriber's website.

6) Subscriber must have installed LawHustle's WebChat on Subscriber's website.

7) Subscriber must have allowed LawHustle to activate a reputation campaign to gather reviews from Subscriber's previous and/or current clients.

8) If applicable, the Subscriber must have allowed LawHustle to activate and/or launch a follow-up workflow of a current list of lead and/or potential new clients who have not retained Subscriber for legal services.

9) Subscriber must have used the LawHustle application and made a reasonable effort to attend all potential new client appointments and update the status of all potential new clients after the appointments.

Scope of Monthly Service

Description of Services

LawHustle will make available to Subscriber during the Subscription Periods, the following remote services related to Subscriber LawHustle instance (“Services”):

1. Utopia Monthly

(a) System enhancements and feature updates as they become available.

(b) Non-exclusive license to Case Retention AI to handle communication.

(c) Subscriber access to LawHustle help library for training resources and/or to implement LawHustle enhancements and features in accordance with 1(a) of this Section.

(d) Dedicated Client Success Specialist and Account Audits.

(e) Email and Chat support.

2. Non-Legal Services

Subscriber understands and agrees that the Services provided by LawHustle for Subscriber are not legal services and the protection of the attorney-client relationship does not exist with respect to said non-legal services provided by LawHustle to or for Subscriber. Further, it is understood that LawHustle is acting as a vendor of Subscriber and will not be providing Subscriber's Clients with any legal advice or counsel; and, should the topic arise during a conversation with a Subscriber's Client, LawHustle staff shall disclose to the Subscriber's Client that he/she is not a lawyer and is not providing legal advice on behalf of Subscriber and forward any such inquiry to Subscriber to handle.

Subscriber hereby agree to and accept the terms and conditions governing the use of LawHustle and the payment of services.
